    1. 1
Warm a pan with standing oil over as high a heat you can without burning oil.
    2. 2
In bowl mix well (a fork works) Semolina, eggs, water, honey, baking soda and cinnamon in bowl. It will be pretty liquid. Don't fear, Semolina thickens as it cooks.
    3. 3
Pour small amount for small cakes or large amounts for large cakes.
    4. 4
Once you can get your spatula under the cake without crumbling then it is safe to flip.

This recipe is great! I didn't have baking soda at hand, so I used baking powder instead.<br/>The cinnamon gave it an amazing taste. I topped them with ground walnuts and honey. Lovely!

This recipe is wonderful! Really quick and easy to prepare and i will be using it from now on. It is so tasty. I also prepared a reduction of water and sugar (1 cup of each) with a 1/2 tea spoon of vanilla and some orange zest ( lemon works too).

This was quick and easy to make. I used coarse semolina and found it gave the pancakes a pleasantly grainy texture. I found the pancakes quite savoury despite the honey so next time I make these I would just leave it out. Very quick to make, the batter comes together very well and although liquid cooks into a firm dense pancake. These would be excellent as an alternative to Blini.
