A lovely salad for a summer picnic
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
- 1 (4 ounce) can shrimp
- 1 (7 ounce) packagefrozen scallops, cooked as directed, quartered
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green apples, unpeeled, diced
- combine crab, shrimp, scallops, onion, salt, pepper, oragano, and 1/4 cup mayonaise. Mix well and chill.
- At serving time add remaining mayonaise and apples.
