Savory Saucy Pasta

"This recipe came about from being creative with frugality. This can easily be prepared in about 30 minutes or less and can accompany meat if you wish. Just a little twist on traditional pasta dishes and you can prepare in ONE pan! Use broth to rinse out sauce jar to get every last drop. This recipe does yield quite a bit so you could half it or double it depending on your crowd. Because this recipe is so simple it could easily be a base for many different kinds of pasta, meats, and vegetables."

I live in a area with lots of fun and interesting restaurants but I enjoy making my own inventions instead. In my spare time I research new recipes and use my husband, David, as my guinea pig, he doesn't mind. My favorite cookbook of all my collection is Rachel Ray's first one, "30- Minute Meals". I love her passions and tastes for food and try to use that philoshpy in my own life. And i'm a Food Network Junkie, :).
