  1. This sure is a five star. Family heading over to other partys today. We fixed this today with the hopes of fulling up their tummys. Sure enough it was the first to go. Everyone gave this a 5star. Thank You.

  2. I like the recipe, but I just had to mess with it. There wasn't enough vegetables for me so I slice the sausages (they turn into meatballs that way) and fry 1 onion, 1 green pepper, and 3 cloves of garlic with the sausage balls. When that's done, I add the rest of the ingredients. I sometime switch the kidney beans for black beans. It's awesome, and good for you too!

  3. I give this two stars for ease, but boy, we thought it was awfully bland. Even with the addition of Ro-tel tomatoes and chili powder, it just didn't do it for us. Also, I made the 4 servings, but that was enough for hubby to have 2 helpings, me to have one helping, lunches for both the next day, and STILL a serving for the garbage. Sorry!

  4. Very easy, good and quick. It's too good cause I kept going back for more. I did use 1 cup of beef broth instead of the water and had to cook much longer than the time specified to tenderize the rice.
