- 236.59 ml raisins
- 453.59 g hot sausage
- 354.88 ml brown sugar
- 354.88 ml white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 236.59 ml chopped pecans
- 709.77 ml flour
- 4.92 ml ginger
- 4.92 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 236.59 ml cold coffee
- 4.92 ml baking soda
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover the raisins with water and simmer for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Mix sausage, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs. Stir in nuts and raisins.
- Mix flour, spices, and baking powder together.
- Stir baking soda into coffee.
- Blend coffee and flour mixture into sausage mixture.
- Pour into a greased, floured 9-inch tube pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
