sil made this recipe for our Christmas Eve gathering. They were a bit burned- and not as tasty as sausage ball recipes I have had in the past. Perhaps you may want to rethink the temperature.


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (225°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese. I just use my hands and mix it like meat loaf!
  3. Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
  4. Arrange balls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
