Greatest football snack ever (according to my husband and his friends every time I make it)!!
Make and share this Sausage Balls recipe from Food.com.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (225°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese. I just use my hands and mix it like meat loaf!
- Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Arrange balls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
sil made this recipe for our Christmas Eve gathering. They were a bit burned- and not as tasty as sausage ball recipes I have had in the past. Perhaps you may want to rethink the temperature.
I didn't care much for these but my daughter in law liked them. They stuck to the pan when baking, I think 450 may be too high. They were a little dry and I could taste the Bisquick. I would try them again with a different brand of sausage. I used a store brand.
great recipe!!! best i have had yet....
