Sausage Balls

ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) box Bisquick
directions
- Mix all together.
- Make into 3/4 inch balls.
- Put on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- While hot place a party pick into hte center of each ball and serve.

This is the recipe I use. There are no better sausage balls. People that have never had them love them. We like them hot or cold. Thanks for posting.

I live in a small quiet town (you know the type...like Mayberry! :) I have a wonderful husband and have been married since October of 2004. We live with my mom and dad at the moment since we have a new addition to our family. Our baby boy Joseph was born March 22, 2007. But we are soon moving into our own place. Our favorite foods are fish, pasta, and vegetables of any kind. We are just a country cooking couple!
