There are many sausage recipes, but this is the one that we always make. My family loves these and they are great for company since they can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.

- Have all ingredients at room temperature.
- Combine first 3 ingredients and then sprinkle with water a little at a time.
- Mix until all ingredients are mixed. Only add the amount of water that is needed.
- Shape into balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
