Beef balls
- 453.59 g ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 4.92 ml chili powder
- 1 egg
- 59.14 ml seasoned croutons
- 1 minced garlic clove
- salt and pepper

Soup base
- 2 (566.99 g) can chicken broth
- 2 (822.13 g) can stewed tomatoes
- 1.23 ml oregano
- 3 stalk celery, diced
- 473.18 ml peeled cubed potatoes
directions
- Combine beef balls ingredients.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Saute for 10 minutes, drain fat and place in crock pot.
- Add soup base ingredients.
- Cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce to medium and cook for 4-5 hours.
