Crust
- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 157.80 ml firmly packed brown sugar
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml baking soda
- 118.29 ml butter, softened
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 709.77 ml mini marshmallows

Topping
- 157.80 ml light corn syrup
- 59.14 ml butter
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 340.19 g package peanut butter chips
- 473.18 ml Rice Krispies
- 473.18 ml salted peanuts
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.
- In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients, except for marshmallows. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over the crust and bake an additional 1-2 minutes longer.
- Allow to cool while preparing the topping.
- In a large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips until smooth, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in cereal and nuts.
- Immediately spoon over the marshmallow crust and spread to cover.
- Chill.
