This is a yummy, quick, and easy dip. If you don't have cilantro, don't worry as it's very good without it too!
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
This was wonderful as a dip for some corn chips and I also used it as a garnish for enchiladas. It really added something special to the enchiladas and had so much more flavor than plain sour cream. I used salsa verde because it was what I had on hand and the cumin gave it plenty of flavor. I'll use this one again and again!
This dip was quick, easy, and delicious. I used a salsa fresca, but I think you could use all types of different salsas and have great results. Thanks!
