Very easy dish. If you like salsa, you'll love this.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 1⁄2 cups salsa
- 1⁄2 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Add salsa.
- Bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
- Add onion and parmesan and bake another 5 minutes.
The only change I made was to use cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. (I was out) I served it with Spanish Rice and we really enjoyed it. Thanks!
This recipie was so easy to prepare and extremely delicious. I will make this again and again. It was a no brainer to put together. I had made chicken strips and then baked them and served them in a flour tortillia. I also had seasoned french fries and refried beans on the side. I added green onions on top of the sour cream. I needed something fast and easy. This was the ticket. From start to finish--on the table in 30 minutes. I used a mild salsa and added a little extra garlic. YUMMY!! Again, let me reiterate--fast and easy. Served with salad and green beans. Thanks Inez, sure do appreciate you.
