This is a wonderful recipe and the steaks are very good! Goes great with some mashed potatoes and gravy!!!
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- Mix all together except soup and water.
- Brown patties.
- Place in 9X13 baking dish.
- Mix soup and water together.
- Cover patties with soup mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Loved it! I left out the worcestershire sauce, though (didn't have any). Instead of putting it in the oven, when the patties were done I removed them, drained the skillet, put the soup and water and 2 teaspoons of beef instant boullion, heated to boiling, and added the steaks and simmered 20 min. Excellent! Great with mashed potatoes and green beans! Thanks for the great recipe!
