Russian-Style Salad Dressing

Simple to make and very fresh tasting. This dressing can be used on salads, eggs, shellfish, or in place of mayo or butter on sandwiches.


  1. Combine all ingredients well and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.

This is a terrific change from my usual veggie dip. At first I was thinking salad dressing for a tossed salad, but then it became clear that I'd like it better as a dip. Boy!!!! This was an excellent lunch Lvs! Thanks. I did add a bit more onion, but that's a personal preference.
