- 2 (340.19 g) package stella doro sponge cookies
- 118.29 ml milk, mixed with
- 29.58 ml good rum
- 127.57 g box vanilla pudding mix, prepared with
- 473.18 ml milk (may vary for your mix)
- 127.57 g box chocolate pudding mix, prepared with
- 473.18 ml milk (may vary for your mix)
- Cool Whip
- maraschino cherry, cheeries
directions
- Dunk cookies thoroughly in rum milk mixture.
- Using a 9x12-inch glass pan line bottom with cookies.
- Using prepared vanilla pudding cover the 1st layer of cookies.
- Repeat using another layer of dunked cookies.
- Cover with prepared chocolate pudding.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cut into 12 squares, top with cool whip and cherries.
