Created for Queens of Quisine ZWT 6 for the Wild Card Challenge Asian Dipping Sauce
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
When first made & tasted the sauce was salty & very sweet. After chilling it developed a syrupy consistency & the flavors had melded. I added another teaspoon of sambal olek to up the spiciness. I served this with tempura shrimp & veggies, but it would be good with eggrolls. Made for ZWT6.
