- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can le seuer peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can French style green beans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 3⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
directions
- In a bowl, mix Celery, Red Onions, Bell Pepper, Shoepeg Corn, Peas and French style Green Beans.
- In a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water and bring to a boil.
- Let it cool a bit then add it to the vegetable bowl and stir together.
- Refrigerate until cool then you're good to go.
