Rock Island Railroad Clam Juice Cocktail

"This is taken from "Dinner in the Diner" and the Rock island says it is a good hangover cure, something which many need during the Holiday season! I think you could substitute horseradish in a jar for the fresh if you cannot find."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 quart
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1 cup catsup
• 1 cup chili sauce
• 2 cups clam juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 2 -3 drops Tabasco sauce

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and then store in refrigerator to chill. Serve in juice glasses.
