  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until veggies are coated.
  • Place in one layer in baking or roasting pan.
  • Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Enjoy immediately. Add additional seasoning if desired.
