  1. Preheat the oven to the hottest temperature, and line a non-stick oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Wash the broccoli, dry thoroughly with paper kitchen towelling, place it in a large mixing bowl, add the chopped garlic, season with pepper, sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Place the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared oven tray, spray lightly with olive oil, turn it over and spray lightly again.
  4. Bake for 6 minutes; turn broccoli and bake for a further 6 minutes, or until just tender.

This is a great way to prepare broccoli! I used 1 1/2 bunches and about 4 Tbs of Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade. I will make this again since it is so tasty and easy to prepare! Made for I Recommend Tag.

It was edible, but not delicious.

Great pairing with rice and teriyaki chicken. I used homemade teriyaki sauce and did not add extra garlic. I seemed to be using more teriyaki than the recipe called for. Other than that, it tasted great!
