  • Sift dry ingredients into larger bowl.
  • Combine salad oil, eggs, pumpkin, water in other bowl.
  • Add to dry ingredients.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1.5 hours. May add 1 cup chopped nuts.
