  1. Excellent recipe. I doubled the sauce and ravioli, but not the ricotta. It was very cheesy and quick to fix. My nephews gobbled it up, and they are very picky. This is a keeper!

  2. gooey, cheesy goodness. quick weeknight meal. serve with green vegetable or salad and you have dinner!

  3. Really nice and easy. We made our own ricotta so didn't end up with quite as much as recipe states, but it was still good, just grated a little mozzarella on top to help with coverage. Also opted to make my own spaghetti sauce, keeping it simple, 800g can tomatos, 2 big handfuls of Basil, torn and stirred in and 2 teaspoons minced garlic. Thanks for a lovely meal.

  5. This recipe was very good, but too cheesy. I will use less ricotta next time. Excellent quick weeknight meal.
