If you can't find passionfruit, just use raspberries alone, or other summer fruits, strawberries, red currants, mangoes, peaches, apricots, which should be purees before mixing with cream cheese.
- Mash raspberries in a small bowl with a fork until the juice runs. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp into a seperate bowl with the cream cheese and sugar and combine thoroughly.
- Spoon alternating spoonfuls of the raspberry pulp and the cream cheese mixture into stemmed glasses or one large serving dish, stirring lightly to create a swirled effect.
- Decorate each dessert eith a whole raspberry and a mint sprig. Serve chilled.
