Randy's Hybrid Alfredo Sauce

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 8 ounces half-and-half
• 8 ounces heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

directions

1. Melt butter with garlic and cream cheese.
2. Add half and half and heavy cream and bring to a boil.
3. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and turn down the heat.
4. Stir until thickened.

Excellent Alfredo Sauce. It was so tasty that we simply ate it with egg noodles and Homemade Wheat Bread. It didn't really need meat since there is so much cheese in the recipe. Made for PAC Spring 2014.
