  • 473.18 ml mixed greens
  • 59.14 ml vinaigrette (any kind)
  • 59.14 ml red onion, diced
  • 59.14 ml red pepper, diced
  • 59.14 ml yellow pepper, diced
  • 59.14 ml mushroom, diced
  • 118.29 ml quinoa, cooked
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • rosemary, to taste
  • thyme, to taste

  • Toss greens with the vinaigrette and let set.
  • Saute onion, peppers, and mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil and butter.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Add quinoa, sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.
  • Pour over greens and serve.
