- 236.59 ml self rising flour
- 236.59 ml self-rising cornmeal
- 236.59 ml milk
- 59.14 ml oil
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 2 eggs
directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Spray or grease a 9x9" pan for tall cornbread or a 9x13" pan for thinner cornbread.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir all ingredients till mixed.
- Pour in greased pan and bake 20-25 minutes. Cool 1 minute before cutting.
