I made this as a gift for a friend's birthday and it was really quick and easy to put together. I made it in a normal pot, cause I didnt have a percolator and it still turned out fine. The aroma of it when cooking was very nice-a fusion of honey and lemon. I think the lemon really sets this of! I like that this is made without additional sugar and with a lot of spices. Im sure itll taste wonderful, too! Ill update once my friend has tried it. I made half the recipe and got 2 small bottles (about 1/2l) out of it. Thanks for sharing this recipe, Mareesme! Update: All the party guests luved this! They said it was quite a strong liquor, but very tasty!
