- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups light cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 1⁄2 cups swiss cheese, cubed
- 3⁄4 lb bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F Put eggs, cream flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, into a blender container. Cover and pulse until well blended. Stop blender and add onion and cheese. Cover and pulse 2-3 times. Sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixtue into shell. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
