- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups oil
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 lb canned pumpkin
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
directions
- Mix and beat all ingredients together.
- Pour into a well greased tube pan.
- Bake at 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Remove and cool for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the pan.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
