- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries

FROSTING
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese frosting
directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until blended.
- Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cloves; add to pumpkin mixture just until combined. Stir in cranberries.
- Pour into a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
