- 709.77 ml flour
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 9.85 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml ground cloves
- 4.92 ml ground cinnamon
- 4.92 ml ground nutmeg
- 4.92 ml salt
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 473.18 ml cooked pumpkin (cooked, mashed or pureed from the can is fine)
- 157.80 ml oil (Vegetable oil is fine)
- 3 eggs, beaten
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients well.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix gently.
- Divide batter equally into 2 well greased loaf pans.
- Bake for 1 hour.
