My sister tweaked this recipe to make it extra spicey and delicious. Everyone we've made it for loves it!

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add the eggs, oil, and pumpkin. Use a mixer on a medium setting until the batter is well-combined. Pour into two greased loaf pans (we use sillicone with smart balance and a little flour, and it works wonders) and bake for 45 minutes or until done.

I made this yesterday, and it came out absolutely wonderful! So yummy! My fiance doesn't even like pumpkin, and even he said it was good. I had to bake it for about an hour, because after 45 minutes it was still raw in the middle. But it came out great! I'm going to bring a loaf over to my mother's on Friday to see what she thinks. By the way, it is very good with cream cheese frosting too. Overall, I will definetly make this again. Thanks for the great recipe!
