All of the ingredients are mixed together in a blender. The addition of frozen fruit, whole or sliced, adds texture and a nice chill to the drink. The smoothie is chock full of nutrition to get your motor running in the morning. Great for kids and adults on the go!!

LUV most smoothies, this one, included! Did use milk with 2% fat, as well as peach yogurt just to give it a little bit more of that taste! Think this is the first time I combined strawberry & cherry, & was surprised at how great they were, along with the peach! Thanks for posting the recipe!   1. Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
