All of the ingredients are mixed together in a blender. The addition of frozen fruit, whole or sliced, adds texture and a nice chill to the drink. The smoothie is chock full of nutrition to get your motor running in the morning. Great for kids and adults on the go!!
- 12 ounces milk (can use skim, 1%, or Lactaid milk)
- 4 ounces strawberries
- 4 ounces cherries
- 1 sliced banana
- 4 ounces peaches
- 1 (8 ounce) containerof any flavor yogurt
- Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
LUV most smoothies, this one, included! Did use milk with 2% fat, as well as peach yogurt just to give it a little bit more of that taste! Think this is the first time I combined strawberry & cherry, & was surprised at how great they were, along with the peach! Thanks for posting the recipe!
