This made a great breakfast change from the usual oatmeal and I was able to enjoy it on the deck. Used Adams peanut butter (the only brand I buy), fat free plain yogurt, Splenda for the honey and a frozen banana. Yummm, this is a delicious, creamy treat of the classic PB and Nana with a mild tang of the yogurt that is very pleasant.

I didn't make this recipe, just wanted to share one with you that my mom gave me. This is her recipe: 1 c milk, 1/2 banana (I always used an entire one), 1/4c peanut butter. 1T honey, 1/2t vanilla, 2c ice. I have always loved this shake. I made her make it for me when I had my tonsils out. I just had one this morning (doing the whole slim fast thing and I wanted to make a shake with some substance. This really did the trick. Now maybe I can make it until lunch!!!).

My Husband is the Peanut Butter eater in our house. He is difficult to keep still and I 've been a little worried about his nutritional intake whilst I have been dieting recently - he's been loosing weight faster than me! So I was interested in this. I used Crunchy Wholenut PB and a whole frozen banana, which I usually keep for muffins and banana bread - not anymore! He loved it and is begging me to make more yogurt so he can have another! I had a little taste and it WAS good!
