  • Preheat oven at 180 Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes in 6-8 large pieces.
  • place them in a large bowl.
  • Chop the garlic finely.
  • add the garlic in the bowl along with the salt, the pepper, the lemon, the oregano and the olive oil.
  • Mix properly till the seasoning goes everywhere.
  • Add in a tray large enough for the potatoes not to overlap.
  • Place tray in the oven and roast for about 1 hour while stirring every 15 minutes.
  • The potatoes are done if you pierce one with a fork and it falls of the fork.
