ingredients
- 453.59 g mild Italian sausage (ground)
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese (grated)
- 118.29 ml Baby Spinach (diced)
- 473.18 ml mashed potatoes (cooled)
- 2 garlic cloves (diced)
- 118.29 ml red onion (diced)
- 9.85 ml fresh cilantro
- 9.85 ml fresh parsley
- 2.46 ml salt
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 236.59 ml cottage cheese
directions
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Peel, cut, boil then mash potatoes. Let cool.
- Once potatoes are cooled, Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape into 1 inch balls and place in casserole dish or 9x13 pan and Bake for 35 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.
