This is my mom's potato salad recipe. I love it. Since everyone is different, I didnt give an exact measurement for salt and pepper.
- 5 potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1 onion
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- ham, cubes

- The night before you wanna fix the salad, you cut the onion in tiny pieces, and you put it in a bowl with salt and vinegar ( enough vinegar so it covers the onion).
- The second day: drain the onion, and put it in the dish you want to keep your salad
- hard boil the eggs, and the potatoes ( you should be able to stick your fork easily in the potato).
- in your potato salad dish, mix the onion with the chopped eggs, chopped potatoes, ham cubes, mustard, mayo,parsley salt , pepper.
