  1. Peel and coarsely grate potatoes.
  2. Transfer grated potatoes in bowl and add beaten eggs, onions, flour, and seasoning.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat the oil.
  5. Form the potato mixture into silver dollar sized pancakes and pan-fry.
  6. Turn them once when well browned on the first side.
  7. Remove them from the pan and dry pancakes in a paper towel.
  8. Garnish the pancakes with sour cream, caviar and a sprig of dill.
