This is something we ate as kids and my family loves it today. It is such a time saver and is so inexpensive.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 peeled and sliced red potatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • desired spices ( ex. garlic, oregano, basil)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of potato slices.
  3. Pour cheddar cheese over top of potatoes.
  4. Fry hamburger and add desired spices.
  5. Layer hamburger over soup layer.
  6. Lay the ramaining potato slices on top.
  7. Top with cheese and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
