I found this in June 2008 of Better Homes and Garden. I made these on a stove top grill. They came out incredible. Very tasty.

  1. Scrape gills from mushrooms, if desired.
  2. Drizzle mushrooms with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and crushed Italian Seasoning.
  4. On charcoal grill, cook mushrooms on rack.
  5. of uncovered grill.

  7. 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. turning once, halfway through cooking.
  9. Top each mushroom with a cheese slice.
  10. Place rolls, split sides down.
  11. on grill rack.
  12. grill 2 minutes more.

  14. musrooms are tender.
  15. and bread is toasted.
  16. Serve mushrooms on rolls.
  17. pass mayonaise.

Very good and easy to make with ingredients that I often have on hand. Made this with fresh basil from the garden and it was YUMMY! Couldn't find Ciabatta Rolls at the store so I made with hamburger buns, and it was still very good.
