- 1⁄3 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey, for topping
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk, for topping as well
directions
- Mix first three ingredients together in a pot and cook until thick.
- Place in a bowl and top with honey and skim milk.
