  1. Good old fashioned oatmeal porridge! There is nothing better on a cold winter morning!! I used 2/3 cup of water (no skim milk) and topped it with 1/4 cup of a low fat cream blend and brown sugar. Very yummy! I cooked the oatmeal in the microwave in my bowl for two minutes! Quick and easy!
     
  2. I replaced the water with more milk & used semi skimmed instead of fully skimmed. When I'm next having a 'good' day I'll do it with water & skimmed milk! Lovely though, dead quick & easy.
     
  3. yum, yum best with a handful of raisins added as well
