  1. This was so good I want to make it tomorrow night again! Butter was used along with the olive oil, to help the pork chops brown faster. The onions were sauted in the pan after the chops were brown. This was super fast to put together, so now I can go enjoy the football game for 2 hours with the family. Baked for 1 hr 45 mins at 375. 3. This is so easy and so good. We had it with Italian style spinach and rice to soak up the lucious gravy. DH says A KEEPER!!! thank you for posting

  4. You really couldn't ask for anything easier than this, and this should satisfy you if you are looking for basic home-cooking. I think the chops could be seasoned during browning for a little more depth of flavor. They also didn't come out as moist as I expected. I had 5 chops totaling 2.90 lbs. Thanks for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

  5. Made as directed except I added salt and pepper to the chops while browning. DH and I thought this was just ok. Somewhat dry and bland. Thanks for sharing but I don't think we will make this again.
