"Sweet and Crunchy Snack Mix"

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 16

ingredients

• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 1 1⁄3 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup light Karo syrup
• 2 cups nuts

directions

1. Combine sugar,butter,vanilla and syrup in a saucepan.Cook over medium heat until caramel brown in color. while hot pour over popcorn and nuts and mix gently. Spread in clusters on a greased cookie sheet.

I had made this recipe many, many years ago. I had to stop making this because it became very addicting!!! I used to make it for gifts at Christmas! If you like popcorn...you will think you have gone to heaven for this!!!
