Directions

  1. Lightly coat an 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat) and flour.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and add to flour mixture until blended.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan to cool on a wire rack.

Yummy! And I like that it has no oil. I did substitute butter for the margarine.
