  • Place paper or foil liners in twelve medium size muffin cups.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Stir in raisins.
  • Combine eggs and oil in small bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in milk and vanilla.
  • Add molasses.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir into flour mixture.
  • Mix until moist.
  • Spoon into cups.
  • Blend topping ingredients.
  • Sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake 375 16-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in muffins comes out clean.
  • Cool.
