  1. preheat oven to 375* -- lightly grease 2-12" pizza pans --
  2. cream butter, sugars, cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl.
  3. add eggs -- beat until light --
  4. combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl --
  5. add to creamed mixture --
  6. blend well.
  7. stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  8. divide dough in half.
  9. press into prepared pans.
  10. bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
  11. cool completely in pans on wire racks.to serve cut into slim wedges.
