A sheet cake with crushed pineapple, vanilla and chopped walnuts covered in a cream cheese and powdered sugar topping! A great fall dessert especially for Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Directions

  1. Mix cake by hand in order given.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 11" x 15" pan for 25 minutes. Note: You can use a 13" x 9" pan.
  3. Spread topping on cake while still warm.
