  1. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 8" x 8" or 9" x 9" pan and chill.
  2. Drain pineapple (save 1/2 cup juice).
  3. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  4. Add pineapple juice.
  5. Cool.
  6. Blend cream cheese with 3 tablespoons sugar, vanilla, and orange peel.
  7. Stir 1/2 cup jello into drained pineapple and set aside.
  8. Blend remaining jello into cream cheese mixture and stir in sour cream.
  9. Pour into crust and chill until firm.
  10. Spoon on pineapple mixture over top.
  11. Chill 4 to 6 hours.
