This is one of my all-time favorites! It cooks in the slow cooker, so I can throw it together in the morning and anticipate enjoying it for dinner all day long!

I loved the flavor of this stew, but I've decided that I'm just not a fan of the texture of the chicken...the crockpot makes it too mushy. I will make it again, because I think it would be really good in the oven.

I love pineapple and I love slow cooker meals so I figured I would give this a try. I did like it, but I felt like it was missing something and the flavor just didn't stand out for me, I do tend to like bolder flavors though and this is more of a sweet mellow dish. I prepared exactly as directed. I may try this again and just modify it somehow.

We enjoyed this delicious slow cooker chicken. Other then using a touch less allspice I made as directed with excellent results. Thank you for sharing one of your all time favorites.
